OUTSTANDING
ACHIEVEMENTS:
  1) CompTIA A+ Certification to fix problems on x86-based computers with MS Windows.
2) Member of 5-student team that developed, implemented and tested MySQL and PHP-based copyright info tracking system for the Cornell University library.
3) Developed an intelligent agent using Python which attempted to use the k-nearest neighbor algorithm to predict the stock market.
4) Using MS eMbedded Visual C++, developed a miniature O/S for handheld PCs which had multithreading and implemented a simplified version of TCP/IP protocol.
5) Ability to teach complex concepts, as demonstrated in job as Math Tutor.
6) Valedictorian of my high school, out of over 150 students.

Data Entry Indexer
  Did data entry for incoming mail to New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
  Had to decipher illegible handwriting and follow complex rules about many different form types and data fields.
  Maintained a very high accuracy rate, focusing on quality work and avoiding errors.
 
BROOME COMMUNITY COLLEGE, Binghamton, NY 8/04 to 12/04
Math Tutor
  Tutored community college students of all ages in mathematics, teaching them difficult concepts.
  Helped students solve problems, checked students’ work, and helped them build confidence.
  Monitored use of lab, equipment, and textbooks.

Web Developer
  Designed aesthetically appealing web pages from raw text information sent via email, using HTML in Notepad; website mainly served students, with menus for all major on-campus dining locations, and meal plan info.
  Website was standards-compliant, looking identical in browsers used then: IE 5, Netscape 4, and Netscape 6.
